Everything is connected. The challenge is understanding how.

The location was Southampton. The brief was to rebuild a spreadsheet. Then we discovered that nobody understood the entire process anymore. The knowledge existed, but it was scattered. Before we could start the rebuild, we had to first understand how we’d got to where we were.
